Private Event terms
Important Details:
Minimum Number: A minimum of 10 people is required for a private party. Groups less than ten will incur an additional charge of Ugx. 150,000. For smaller groups, explore our Paint and Sip store for D.I.Y packages with instructor videos.
Food and Drink: Our prices do not include food or drink. However, a welcome drink is offered at our studio location. Feel free to inquire about our menu.
Setup Time: Setting up at an outside location takes 2 hours. A session with the Paint instructor lasts between 3 to 5 hours, depending on the art concept or if you opt for karaoke.
- Responsibility: We are responsible for the setup of chairs and tables only at our studio, not at external locations.
Transport Charge: A transport charge applies, dependent on your venue’s location. Venues outside Kampala may incur an extra cost for accommodation for our team and materials.
Optional Extras:
- Karaoke: Available at an optional charge of Ugx. 400,000. Includes 2 microphones, a speaker, and a screen for reading lyrics.
- Games: Provided at an additional cost.
Booking Process: Secure your date by booking with a 50% payment. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event.
